Yoga at Camden Physio
![]() |
To complement the full range of health services that we offer at Camden Physio Clinic, we also run small group Hatha Yoga classes with Alison and Anna. Both have many years experience of teaching Hatha Yoga to a clinical population, and have both experienced first hand the power of Yoga for back pain and stress relief. |
Our glass roofed, airy studio is a perfect environment for our small group classes, with maximum of 10 people per class. Whether you have many years experience and are looking for refinement and progression of poses or are just embarking on the Yoga learning, you will be well adjusted with close supervision. You are welcome to attend if you have vulnerable parts of the body. Simply come a little early to discuss your needs with the tutor.
Hatha Yoga is known for the asanas or postures. It is thought that by perfecting the body, creating a healthy physical condition, and releasing dormant energy upwards along the spine, the body becomes better prepared for the challenges that life may pose.
