At Camden Physiotherapy Clinic, we have a full team of massage therapists, offering slightly different profiles of massage and soft tissue work, so whether you need to relax after a difficult day at work, or are preparing for an event, you are in the right place!
Sports massage: A specialised massage, aimed at preparing the body for a sporting event, or aiding recovery afterwards. It can also be used on a specific area of tightness or soft tissue injury.
Deep tissue massage: This method works deeply into the tissues, releasing spasm, tightness and congestion.
Excellent for stiff necks and backs, deep tissue release will offload tired joints and leave the body feeling flushed and refreshed.
Holistic massage: This type of therapy looks at the body as a whole, and how tightness in one area may have impacted surrounding areas.
Deeply relaxing,a great way to ease stress in the body and in the mind.
Indian Head Massage: A seated massage, this technique works from the shoulders in to the neck and up into the head. Using traditional Indian pressure points in and around the scalp, tension is released.
Good for headaches, stress, fatigue, neck and eye pain.
